Returns & Exchanges

At Carré Blanc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury linens. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the linens and place them back in their original Carré Blanc packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached to the items.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
